New Music: T-Pain - 'Roof on Fye'

T-Pain brings the heat on a new song called “Roof on Fye” off his forthcoming fifth album Stoicville: The Phoenix. Over a sample of Jagged Edge’s “Walked Outta Heaven,” Teddy P. takes shots and raps about a “thot with a real big butt.”

His new album is due this fall. “I’m just doing what comes to my heart. I’m not trying to make a blockbuster album,” he told Rap-Up TV. “I’m not trying to make a hit record. It’s not about that anymore. I’ve done that many times. It’s just about putting out music that I believe in now. It’s a little more free than before.”
