Video: Monica feat. Lil Wayne - 'Just Right for Me'

In anticipation of the Dec. 18 release of her album Code Red, Monica rides out with Lil Wayne in the video for her first single “Just Right for Me.” Directed by The Rite Brothers and shot at Weezy’s skatepark in Miami, the black-and-white clip finds the Young Money boss in his favorite spot partaking in his favorite activity—skateboarding.

While he shows off his skills on the ramp, Monica takes in the scene and hits the arcade with her adorable daughter Laiyah, and even gets a one-on-one lesson from Weezy.

“I am very proud of the ‘Just Right for Me’ video because it showcases my love for R&B music and Tunechi’s love for skateboarding in a fun, raw, and authentic way,” Monica told Complex. “I hope the fans enjoy the visual as we gear up for the Code Red tour and album.”

On Nov. 12, the R&B songstress will kick off her month-long “Code Red Experience” tour with special guest Rico Love.
