New Music: A Tribe Called Quest - 'Can I Kick It? (J. Cole Remix)'

In honor of the 25th anniversary of People’s Instinctive Travels and the Paths of Rhythm, A Tribe Called Quest will issue a special edition of their debut album. The reissue includes remastered songs from the original tapes by Grammy-Award winning engineer Bob Power, plus a remix to “Can I Kick It?” produced by J. Cole. The North Carolina rapper gives Tribe’s 1990 classic a modern update, but leaves Q-Tip and Phife’s verses in tact.

The album also includes a remix of “Footprints” featuring CeeLo Green and a remix to “Bonita Applebum” produced by Pharrell Williams.
