Nicki Minaj to Be Honored at 'VH1 Big in 2015'

Nicki Minaj will celebrate her epic year with a big honor. The rap queen is among this year’s honorees at the “VH1 Big in 2015 with Entertainment Weekly” party.

Nicki’s Barbershop 3 co-star Queen Latifah will present her with the “Big in 2015” award, which celebrates the people and brands that entertained us the most this year.

She joins previously announced honorees Taraji P. Henson, Amy Schumer, and Aziz Ansari. Ice Cube will present the “Big in 2015” honor to his son O’Shea Jackson, Jr. on behalf of the cast of Straight Outta Compton.

Hosted by T.I., “VH1 Big in 2015” tapes Nov. 15 at the Pacific Design Center in Los Angeles and airs Dec. 7 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on VH1.

Nicki is also gearing up for a big 2016. She is developing a comedy series for ABC Family and will star alongside Ice Cube and Queen Latifah in Barbershop 3, due out in April.
