New Music: D∆WN - 'Not Above That'

  /  01.28.2016

2016 is the year of RED*emp*tion for D∆WN. Following the critically-acclaimed Blackheart, which earned praise as one of 2015’s best albums by outlets including Rap-Up, the singer is readying the third and final installment in her trilogy.

After debuting the Ester Dean-penned “Dance” last fall, she continues the Red Era with “Not Above That,” the second single from RED*emp*tion. The breathy electro jam about late-night lovin’, produced by Machinedrum and written by D∆WN and Maya Vik, reflects the uptempo mood of D∆WN’s Red Era.

She will launch a U.S. tour in March, with stops at SXSW in Austin and Moogfest in North Carolina. See dates below.

D∆WN Live Dates

March 12 – New York, NY – Webster Hall
March 14 – Washington, DC – DC9
March 17 – Austin, TX – SXSW
April 21 – Minneapolis, MN – Cedar Cultural center
April 22 – Chicago, IL – Reggies
May 20 – Durham, NC – Moogfest
