New Music: Gallant feat. Jhené Aiko - 'Skipping Stones'

  /  02.03.2016

Gallant and Jhené Aiko get reflective on their soulful collaboration “Skipping Stones.” Over a gentle, hypnotic beat, co-produced by Adrian Younge and Stint, the Red Bull Sound Select artist flexes his falsetto, while Jhené harmonizes about lessons learned, bridges burned, and what they might be missing.

Their tender duet is dedicated to “the lonely ones this Valentine’s Day,” Gallant tells The FADER.

“Skipping Stones,” along with the James Fauntleroy-assisted “Borderline,” will be available as a two-track release on Friday. Gallant will also perform at Coachella in April.

Meanwhile, Jhené is crafting her Souled Out follow-up and unleashed “B’s & H’s” last month.
