Listen to Vic Mensa Freestyle on Skrillex's Radio Show

  /  02.12.2016

Vic Mensa knows how to improvise. Just a day after debuting his new song “Danger” at Kanye West’s Yeezy Season 3 show, the Chicago rapper showed off his impromptu rhyming skills with a freestyle on Skrillex’s OWSLA Radio show.

During the session, which will air Saturday at 3 p.m. ET on Beats 1, the Roc Nation signee delivers rhymes about blessings, his father, and eating guacamole in Malibu. Rocking over Louis the Child’s “From Here,” Mensa impresses Skrillex.

“I know a lot of artists,” says the producer-DJ. “But very few in the world can come in…and do what you just did.”

Listen to Vic show out with his freestyle flow and look out for his debut album Traffic.
