Adele Performs on 'Ellen'
Just days after her glitchy Grammy performance, Adele delivered stunning renditions of her 25 hits “All I Ask” and “When We Were Young” during a rare appearance on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” on Thursday (Feb. 17).
The British powerhouse recreated her Grammy set with the piano-backed “All I Ask,” complete with an emotional vocal prowess that matched the Bruno Mars-penned song’s heartfelt lyrics.

Donning an all-black gown, Adele also performed “When We Were Young.” This time, she was supported by a full band and background singers.

This was a redemptive performance of sorts, as the platinum superstar told “Ellen” that her Grammy showing was “off” due to mics falling on the piano. “I was embarrassed,” she said. “I cried pretty much all day yesterday. But in fairness, I would have cried if it went really well…I always cry.”
The piano mics fell on to the piano strings, that's what the guitar sound was. It made it sound out of tune. Shit happens. X

During the candid conversation, she also spoke about her three-year-old son and their tear-filled Disneyland trip as well as the pressure that she feels at this stage in her career.
She also had some fun belting out a message for Ellen’s voicemail, and pranked Jamba Juice employees by eating wheat grass and making some impossible demands. Check out the hilarious bit below.
