  /  03.02.2016

ColleGrove is coming. Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz have revealed the cover art and release date for their long-awaited joint album via Kanye West.

According to the G.O.O.D. Music boss, the album drops this Friday, March 4. “New project with 2 Chainz and Wayne dropping this Friday,” tweeted Yeezy.

The artwork, which appears to have been designed by Kanye’s creative team DONDA, shows the two rappers joined as one. Lil Wayne’s face tats appear on 2 Chainz’ head in the photo. The album title represents their hometowns of College Park, Atlanta, and Hollygrove, New Orleans.

DONDA previously designed covers for both rappers including 2 Chainz’ two solo albums, Based on a T.R.U. Story and B.O.A.T.S. II: Me Time. They also had a hand in Weezy’s 2013 LP, I Am Not a Human Being II.

Just last month, 2 Chainz and Wayne debuted a new song called “Rolls Royce Weather Everyday” on “The Tonight Show.” Weezy also revealed that the duo filmed a music video for another track.
