Got caffeine? After begging Jordin Sparks to take him back on “I’ll Keep Loving You,” Sage the Gemini has unleashed “Hot Coffee,” a self-produced single featuring Chippass.
Over a head-knocking instrumental, the HBG rapper delivers bars about freestyling and moving “on some gangsta shit.” Meanwhile, Chippass rhymes about East Oakland and Tupac.
Sage’s hook ties it all together with the title’s theme. “Wake your ass up,” he spits. “This ain’t a movie / This real, these facts / This that hot coffee in your lap.”
