New Music: Tink - 'Circle the Block'

Tink has been laying low since the release of last summer’s mixtape Winter’s Diary 3, but she’s back at it with another one. The Chicago spitter teams with mentor Timbaland yet again on “Circle the Block.”
Timbo helps his 20-year-old protégée kick off the track by promising something “epic” in 2016. “We’re about to crush these ni**as and show these ni**as the new wave,” he says in the intro.
Meanwhile, Tink proclaims that she “can’t relate to you common hoes” right before adding, “no shade.” Throughout the rest of the cut, she drops more boasts, declaring her bars “harder than prison gates” and that she’s “still counting up old money.”
