Video: Ro James - 'Burn Slow'

  /  04.21.2016

Let this one “Burn Slow.” Hot off his soulful single “Permission,” Ro James unleashes a sizzling new video off his upcoming debut album ELDORADO.

The singer-songwriter, who is signed to ByStorm Entertainment/RCA Records, teams up with producers Da Internz and Miykal Snoddy and co-writer Ryan Toby for this track, and the visuals match the song’s sultry vibes. The Calmatic-directed clip, shot in Los Angeles, features black-and-white scenes of bedroom lust.

“‘Burn Slow’ has a nostalgic vibe that is captured in the video directed by my homie Calmatic,” Ro told Rap-Up. “It reflects on a long night of Honey Jack body shots with a beautiful female and waking up the next morning to the sun shining just to do it all over again. The creative collaboration, with the help of my homegirl S. LAMBO and Calmatic, really brings my vision to life. Burn slow, baby!”

Ro’s fire is set to burn throughout 2016 as he gears up to go on Maxwell’s “SUMMERS’ Tour” later this year.
