Iggy Azalea Performs 'Team' on 'Late Night'
Iggy Azalea brought her “Team” to “Late Night.” Coming off controversy surrounding her Beyoncé “Becky” comments, the Aussie rapper performed her new single on Seth Myers’ program on Thursday.
Rocking a colorful flowy top over blue shorts, Iggy rapped about why she’s all she needs on the Digital Distortion single. Sporting knee-high boots, she joined her “Team” of dancers in choreography, backed by a band, and a special light show.
As if that wasn’t enough, Iggy also joined Myers to teach fans about “Teen Slang.” Seth defined “lit” while Iggy explained other supposed “Teen Slang” terms, including “bowladex,” “Broochella,” “While-Fi,” “Wilson,” and more.
Beyond that, Iggy also sat down with Seth for a one-on-one interview. During the chat, she talked about saving her fiancé Nick Young from a tattoo disaster. “I had to think about telling him first,” she said. “I thought about it. I was like, ‘Does he deserve this?’ But I love him.”

She also took a moment to explain why Digital Distortion won’t be feature-heavy.
“I would just run out of features if I had anymore,” she said. “I’ve had so many. My feature rate…My kill rate, it was just too many with features. I’d have no one left. I also had a pretty crazy year last year. For me, it was a big year in my life. I wanted to speak about it in some way, still in a way that was fun and people could enjoy, but I felt it was really important for me to be the one delivering that message.”
