50 Cent gives back. After mocking a 19-year-old man, who suffers from autism and Asperger’s syndrome, Fif has apologized and now, he’s donating $100,000 to the advocacy organization Autism Speaks.

“I want to turn this misunderstanding into an understanding,” 50 said in a statement, as per TMZ. “There are people that are ignored, mistreated and neglected with disabilities that need our support.”

The teen’s stepfather initially said he wanted $1 million from Fif due to harassment, but the family eventually asked the G-Unit mogul to donate $10,000 to Autism Speaks. 50—who filed for bankruptcy last year—not only went above that amount, but he also asked others to join him.

“I am calling on my fellow musicians, actors, entertainers and all others who may not have fully considered this cause to join together to help in any way they can,” he said.

Earlier this week, 50 accused Andrew Farrell, a janitor at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, of being inebriated while working in a video he released on social media. Fif says he did not know that the 19-year-old suffered from autism, Asperger’s, and severe social anxiety at the time of the filming.
