Trey Songz is on a remixing spree. Hot off “3 Times in a Row,” “SKRT2,” and “All I Had,” Trigga drives through with “Lyft.”
The song is a play on MadeinTYO’s “Uber Everywhere,” except it takes a hard stance in the app battle. “Uber never coming here,” Songz sings. “Throwing hoes in the Lyft / Uber never coming here / Tell the hoes get their shit.”
To recap, “All I Had” was a remix of Belly and The Weeknd’s “Might Not,” “SKRT2” flipped Kodak Black’s “SKRT,” and “3 Times in a Row” was a take on TK-N-Cash’s “3 Times in a Row.”
Trey is remixing these tracks, but he’s also in the lab, cooking up the follow-up to last year’s Trigga Reloaded.
