DJ Khaled Shoots 'Major Key' Album Cover with Lion

Major lion alert!

DJ Khaled has been called the King of Snapchat, and he proved that by shooting his Major Key album packaging with the king of the jungle. Yes, Mr. We the Best is posing with an actual lion.

“King talk,” Khaled told his Snapchat followers. The ferocious feline soon came and the shoot began with famed photographer Jonathan Mannion. The royal theme continued on the Pasadena set, with the super-producer sitting on a throne surrounded by flowers as the lion rested at his feet.

Fans who follow Khaled on Snap have also been getting another teaser. “Did the Drake vocals come in yet?” he often asks. He even asked the lion that during the photo shoot. But it appears that the “Drake vocals are in,” according to his latest video.

“And not just that,” as he often says. He’s also “up to something” with a music icon. On Friday, the producer teased a potential Mariah Carey collaboration while dining with the singer at Nobu Malibu.

The Drake and Mariah collaborations may appear on Major Key, Khaled’s Epic debut. The soon-to-be father has also promised a Jay Z and Future collabo for this project.

“Everybody’s asking me if I have a song with Jay Z and Future on my album,” he told his Fan Luv on Snap. “Yes, of course I do. Of course it’s the biggest anthem. I have some other ones too.”
