Lil Mama Remixes Drake's '4PM in Calabasas'

  /  06.18.2016

Lil Mama takes a trip down to Hidden Hills for her latest remix, a take on Drake’s “4PM in Calabasas.”

Over the Bad Boy-inspired beat, the Brooklyn MC rhymes about her much-discussed “issues” with Jay Z. “Unresolved issues with the big homie,” she raps. “And all these middle men a bunch of big phonies / I’ve been a threat before I signed to Sony.”

She also uses the track to rhyme about her status in the game. “When it come to flows, don’t talk to me about no flows,” she raps. “I’m ‘Big Pimpin’,’ baby, minus the hoes / And you can be LeBron, Steph Curry, or Kob’ / I’m still numero uno, D. Rose.”

The 6 God has been a major inspiration for Mama lately. In the past few months, she’s remixed Drizzy’s “Summer Sixteen” and his Rihanna collaboration “Work.”
