New Music: Tru-Life feat. Rick Ross & Velous - 'Bag for It'

Fresh out the feds, Tru-Life enlists Rick Ross and Velous for his new single “Bag for It.”
While Velous handles the melodic chorus, Tru-Life hits the first verse with rhymes about having his own cereal and being entrepreneurial. Then, Rozay emerges with lines about Frank Lucas and balling on the beach.
In 2011, Tru was sentenced to eight years in prison. In April, the rapper was released. Since then, he’s maintained his innocence and plans to film a documentary about his life. A statement on the SoundCloud page for “Bag for It” claims that the doc has “already yielded interest from major networks.”
