Rihanna Teases 'Sledgehammer' Video
Rihanna’s “Sledgehammer” is about to make a smash in IMAX, but before that, she’s giving fans an early peek.
On Wednesday (Jun. 29), RiRi announced that the music video for her new Star Trek Beyond single will be released on Thursday at 9 a.m. EST in IMAX. It’s reportedly the first visual to receive that treatment.
Good news for fans who aren’t able to experience that. They will still get to watch the video on TIDAL and Vevo at 10 a.m. EST.
A teaser for the clip was released today, featuring RiRi in red, standing on a deserted planet, shifting its landscape with her every move.
The Sia-penned single was released earlier this week, featuring emotive Rihanna vocals. It accompanied a new Star Trek Beyond trailer, showing scenes from the upcoming film, which stars Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, and Zoe Saldana. STB is due in theaters July 22.
