New Music: Curren$y feat. Wiz Khalifa - 'Situations'
Curren$y and Wiz Khalifa are back at it as a duo.
Pulling inspiration from Usher’s “U Don’t Have to Call,” the rhyming twosome delivers “Situations.” Mister Cap provides a rapid-fire verse that differs from his laid-back flow. Then, Spitta rhymes with his usual mellow vibes. Together, they stress the importance of “gettin’ a dolla.”
Before releasing the track, Andretti called it a “cutting room floor item” from his upcoming project #2009.
Who's up and Tryna check out some cutting room floor items from #2009???….

Many speculate that #2009 is likely a collaborative project between Curren$y and Wiz. That’s because Khalifa is also hinting at an upcoming effort.
Happy Sunday. Getting new music mixed and artwork done to drop this week.

Also finishing up the album. A bosses work is never done.

But what’s more telling, perhaps, is that the duo seemed to announce #2009 back in 2015 when they released a few collaborations, including “Uber Driver” and “Weed Nap.”
If they do release a joint project, it wouldn’t be their first. Coincidentally, back in 2009, they also unleashed How Fly together. In 2013, they teamed up again for Live in Concert.
For now, listen to “Situations” below.
