French Montana Teases 'No Shopping' Single Featuring Drake

  /  07.16.2016

Haaaan! French Montana and Drake are finally getting ready to reveal their long-awaited collaboration “No Shopping.” The track is set to premiere via OVOSOUND Radio on Beats 1 at 6 p.m. EST today.

Ahead of the release, French teased the new single on Instagram. “Sippin’ on a drink,” he raps. “All about the moolah / Word to the bird, I ain’t ever take her fur shopping.”

That’s not the only Montana track that will debut on OVOSOUND Radio. French’s “Lockjaw” remix is also getting ready to drop featuring Gucci Mane and Kodak Black.

Last month, French and Drake filmed the video for “No Shopping” in the Dominican Republic with director Spiff TV.

The song has also been at the center of talk around a brewing beef between Drizzy and Joe Budden. When it was first teased, back in May, Drake could be heard saying “pump it up” on the track.

Budden has since revealed that this partly inspired his two diss tracks in response.

Yesterday, a fan asked Joe if he was ready for Drake’s potential shots on the single. “None of my business,” Budden replied. “I responded to that last month.”

French’s “No Shopping” is expected to land on the Aug. 19 release of his sophomore album MC4.
