Major Lazer, Justin Bieber, and MØ jump into “Cold Water” on their new collaboration.
“If you feel you’re sinking,” Bieber sings on the track. “I will jump right over into cold, cold water with you / And although time may take us into different places / I will still be patient with you.”
“Cold Water” is the lead single off Major Lazer’s upcoming fourth album, Music Is the Weapon, due in early 2017. The song, which has so far only premiered in international markets, is slated to drop at digital retailers and streaming services on Friday (Jul. 22).
This is not their first rodeo. Major Lazer’s Diplo and Bieber previously enjoyed immense success with Jack Ü’s 2015 hit “Where Are Ü Now.”
