Drake Brings Out J. Cole, T.I., & Cam'ron at 'Summer Sixteen Tour'

  /  08.09.2016

Drake went out with a bang on the final night of “Summer Sixteen’s” four-night run at Madison Square Garden.

On Tuesday (Aug. 8), the 6 God surprised the New York City crowd with performances from J. Cole, T.I., Cam’ron, Juelz Santana, Fat Joe, and Remy Ma in what Drizzy would later call “the real Summer Jam.”

Cole, once rumored to be Drake’s tour partner, brought firepower with him, delivering crowd-pleasing performances of tracks like “No Role Modelz,” “A Tale of 2 Citiez,” and “Planez.”

Offering high praise for Jermaine, the 6 God called Cole “one of the smartest, greatest, most legendary artists of our generation.”

Tip also provided some star power, rocking the house with hits like “What You Know,” “Whatever You Like,” “Live Your Life,” and “Bring Em Out.”

Elsewhere, Joey Crack and Remy delivered their “All the Way Up” smash, complete with an a cappella verse from Reminisce.

And as if that wasn’t enough, Cam’ron and Juelz Santana also joined the party with throwback bangers like “Hey Ma” and “Oh Boy.”

These surprises didn’t make Drake forget about his ongoing feud with Hot 97, one that has intensified in recent days.

“Shoutout to everybody tonight that touched this stage,” he said. “There was a lot people. This was the real Summer Jam. What have they done for New York lately? I don’t know, but this was the real Summer Jam right here.”

He capped off the night by popping bottles of Ace of Spades with Charlamagne Tha God from Power 105, the rival station to Hot 97.

“Pretty much sums it up @cthagod NEW YORK NIGHT FOUR THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO CAME OUT,” said Drizzy.
