New Music: Jhené Aiko - 'New Balance'
Jhené Aiko is moving on.
Despite her recent divorce from producer Dot da Genius, the R&B songstress seems to be doing just fine, according to her latest song “New Balance.”
“You’re so new / You’re my salvage, you’re my balance,” she sings. “It hit me like a tidal wave / Knew that I was in love with you right away.”
Could these lyrics be about her new boo, Big Sean? Well, Sean Don did ask Jhené to drop the track after she posted the lyrics on Tumblr.

Then, when she did release it, she retweeted a fan who said the song was written for Big Sean. Plus, she added three hearts for good measure.

Jhené and Sean have been fielding romance rumors all year, in large part due to their steamy collaborative project TWENTY88. Just last week, Aiko filed for divorce from Dot da Genius after 11 months of marriage.
