Birdman Debuts Cash Money Documentary Trailer

The Cash Money Story will be told through Apple Music.

Just days after announcing a deal, Birdman and Apple have debuted the first trailer for the upcoming Cash Money Records documentary, The Cash Money Story: Before Anythang, set to premiere this fall.

Executive produced by Cash Money’s Bryan “Birdman” Williams and Ronald “Slim” Williams, the picture was directed by Clifton Bell and will stream exclusively through Apple Music.

Initially, some believed Baby signed a music deal with the tech titan. However, it was later revealed that Apple Music was funding the doc in exchange for exclusivity.

The trailer features interviews with Birdman’s friends and relatives. They recount life stories, including anecdotes about his late mother, who died when the mogul was a child.

Sharing the trailer on Instagram, Baby acknowledged the importance of people to his success. “life not always bout Tha Money,” he wrote. “sometimes relationships builds Powerful Empires.”
