Drake Announces Premiere Date for Short Film 'Please Forgive Me'

  /  08.26.2016

Drake’s highly-anticipated short film Please Forgive Me has a release date.

After teasing the upcoming project on Instagram earlier this month, the 6 God has revealed more details behind its pending arrival.

The visual, which was directed by Drake and Anthony Mandler and features a score by Noah “40” Shebib, debuts Sept. 30.

Mandler has worked with Drake in the past on videos including “Over,” “Find Your Love,” and “Fancy.” His credits also include Jay Z, Eminem, Beyoncé, Nicki Minaj, and Drake’s frequent collaborator, Rihanna.

The short is set to feature music from Views and could be the final product of the material he shot in South Africa and Houston over the past few months.

Meanwhile, Drake continues on his “Summer Sixteen Tour” with Future, which stops for a second show in Atlanta tonight.
