Diddy gives back. During the Washington, D.C. stop of his “Bad Boy Family Reunion Tour,” Sean Combs stopped the music to make a special announcement.

Soaked in sweat from his all-out performance, the mogul, who was recently named rap’s top Cash King by Forbes, announced that he’s pledging $1 million to Howard University’s School of Business to launch the Sean Combs Scholarship Fund.

“I was blessed to received a great education from Howard University,” he said. “It helped to fuel my success in business and life. This scholarship will make it possible for the next generation of leaders to pursue their dreams and achieve greatness.”

“I know that Howard students are intelligent, talented, passionate, and their hard work will shape the future,” he added. “This gift will make sure the whole world knows what they are capable of doing.”

Diddy presented the check to Howard’s president Dr. Wayne Frederick, adding that it will go towards “anybody that can’t pay their financial aid.”

Featuring DMX, Ma$e, Faith Evans, Lil’ Kim, and others, the “Bad Boy Family Reunion Tour” is set to continue through Oct. 4 in Los Angeles.
