New Music: Drake feat. Pimp C - 'Faithful (dvsn Extended Remix)'
While Drake’s Views continues to make waves, an extended version of “Faithful” has arrived.
Like the original, this 7-minute iteration of the Views cut features Pimp C, but it also includes an outro courtesy of dvsn’s mellow harmonies.
Packing “the juice and the squeeze,” this extended version of “Faithful” (via Miss Info) lands while Views shoots back to No. 1 on the Billboard 200 for its 13th non-consecutive week.
That’s not the only new Views milestone. This weekend, Apple also announced that the LP has reached more than 1 billion streams on its platform, an unprecedented achievement.
Plus the remix comes as Drizzy unveils his new Please Forgive Me short film. Directed by Anthony Mandler, the visual arrived Sunday (Sept. 25) as an Apple Music exclusive.
Drake is currently on the “Summer Sixteen Tour,” which is hitting Inglewood, Calif. for three back-to-back-to-back nights this week (Sept. 27-29), before continuing through Oct. 16 in Newark.
