Watch Mariah Carey & Jussie Smollett's 'Infamous' Duet on 'Empire'
Following several teases, Mariah Carey finally made a guest appearance on “Empire” last night.
The superstar’s character Kitty joined Jussie Smollett’s Jamal Lyon for “Infamous,” a poetic and catchy new love song, produced by Jermaine Dupri.
“All things are possible,” Smollett sings. “Come drink my cup, it overflows / Right now, we face the sunrise of love.”
Mariah comes in with her iconic vocals from there. “Your body closes in on mine,” she sings. “Wishes break in and justify / Sweet hurricane of love flowing with the tide.”

In its third season, “Empire” is continuing its streak as a star-studded show. Xzibit and Romeo Miller are also guests this season. Meanwhile, Mariah is set to premiere her new E! docuseries “Mariah’s World” on Dec. 4.
