Kanye West and Kim Kardashian had a special guest at the “Saint Pablo Tour” stop at The Forum in Inglewood, Calif. on Tuesday (Nov. 1).
The superstar couple invited Cameron Sterling, son of Alton Sterling, backstage to celebrate his 16th birthday. The teen snapped a photo standing between the Wests.
“Shoutout to @kanyewest & @KimKardashian for showing 16th bday love last night to my client #CameronSterling, eldest son of #AltonSterling,” tweeted attorney and South Carolina State Rep. Justin Bramberg.
Bramberg is representing the Sterling family in a wrongful death suit against the Baton Rouge Police Department. Alton Sterling was killed by police officers in July while selling CDs outside of a convenience store in Baton Rouge.

“I want my children to grow up knowing that their lives matter,” Kim wrote at the time. “I do not ever want to have to teach my son to be scared of the police, or tell him that he has to watch his back because the people we are told to trust — the people who ‘protect and serve’ — may not be protecting and serving him because of the color of his skin.”
