Bruno Mars and The Weeknd Perform at MTV EMA

The stars came out to shine at the MTV European Music Awards on Sunday (Nov. 6), which featured performances from Green Day, DNCE, Bebe Rexha, The Weeknd, and Bruno Mars.

As he gears up for the release of his third album on Nov. 18, the suave singer opened the show with a little “24K Magic.”

Head to toe so playa, Bruno donned his now-trademark “XXIV” hat with a Tommy Jeans sweater and a pinky ring, of course. He and his dance troupe then killed some choreography while getting the party started.

Later in the show, The Weeknd performed the title track from his upcoming album Starboy for the crowd at Ahoy Rotterdam in the Netherlands.

Emerging from a bright half dome, Abel took the stage like a bandit in all black. The Canadian crooner also took home Best Video for the Daft Punk-assisted track.

Elsewhere in the night, Lady Gaga won Best Female and Best Look, Justin Bieber scored Best Fans and Best Song for “Sorry,” and Drake nabbed Best Hip-Hop Act.

Drizzy celebrated the occasion on Instagram. “Winning week,” he wrote.
