Wiz Khalifa wears cool pants yet again.
American fashion label Rag & Bone has tapped the dapper rapper for its new Men’s Project campaign.
Rag & Bone’s co-CEO Marcus Wainwright explained why Wiz was the perfect choice for this campaign, which also features Mark Hamill, John Turturro, and Mikhail Baryshnikov.
“We were trying to find people who had forged their own path, and had a very strong sense of their own personal style and that’s certainly true of him,” Wainwright told Billboard. “It was also a natural extension of the relationship we had with him, after doing some clothes for his tour and dressing him for the Met Ball. He was all over the press for that; he was wearing a white tuxedo we made, and he owned it. It really highlighted how good something classic and well-made can make anyone look.”
Wiz is no stranger to fashion. In fact, Khalifa recently unveiled his BASH clothing line inspired by his three-year-old son Sebastian.
As for the Rag & Bone campaign, Wiz also appears in a 30-second video for the brand, which was shot in a bowling alley on black and white, grainy Super 8 film.
