Sevyn Streeter Announces 'Girl Disrupted' Release Date

Sevyn Streeter has announced the release date for her highly-anticipated debut album, Girl Disrupted. The long-awaited project is now slated to arrive on the 7-filled date of Jan. 27, 2017.
Streeter, who’s been teasing the album with a slew of new visuals, confirmed the news with a series of tweets on Tuesday (Nov. 29).

The album will arrive in the midst of her “Girl Disrupted Tour,” which kicks off Jan. 12 in St. Louis and wraps Feb. 12 in Los Angeles.
Over the past few months, Sevyn has released the Gucci Mane-assisted “Prolly,” “My Love for You,” and “D4L,” and more new music is on the way. On Friday, Sevyn is scheduled to drop her latest single from the album, “Before I Do.”
“We should be together,” she sings in the teaser. “Want to let go, but I don’t really know / I heard you got a girlfriend / Trying to go to another level with you.”
