John Legend Performs 'Love Me Now' on 'The Late Late Show'

  /  12.06.2016

John Legend continues his television tour. After performing on “The Tonight Show,” “Ellen,” “GMA,” and the AMAs, the R&B crooner brought “Love Me Now” to “The Late Late Show with James Corden” on Monday night (Dec. 5).

With “Love Me Now” written in marquee letters behind him, Legend belted out his Darkness and Light single.

Sporting a floral bomber jacket, Legend also joined Corden for a brief interview by “The Late Late Show” bar, where he revealed his wife Chrissy Teigen’s influence on his music.

“If she doesn’t like any lyrics, she’ll tell me,” he said. “It’s not like, ‘I don’t like how you’re depicting me.’ It’s more like, ‘That’s not a good lyric.’ She told me that for a couple of things and I changed them. I think they were good ideas.”
