DJ Khaled's Son Asahd Makes TV Debut on 'The View'

Major baby alert! DJ Khaled’s adorable young icon Asahd makes his television debut.

On Wednesday (Dec. 7), the producer’s 6-week-old son, whose name means lion in Arabic, made a brief appearance on “The View,” where his daddy was a guest.

During an interview with the show, which he says he’s a “big fan” of, the Snapchat King spoke about what it was like to Snap the birth of his son.

“I did it to put love in the universe,” he explained. “It’s a life! The whole time, on Snapchat, I was sharing the pregnancy, the belly, talking to my son. I do a lot of things to inspire myself too. I brought love out.”

According to Khaled, his fiancée Nicole Tuck wasn’t exactly a fan of the Snapchat delivery idea. So, how did the producer avoid being in the dog house for it?

“I got the solution,” he said. “If you ever Snapchat your [child’s] birth, just have that push gift ready on another level.”

Late last month, Khaled shared the first public images of Asahd following the birth. The series of pics show that he’s already living the life, posing alongside Nicki Minaj, Future, Rick Ross, and more.
