Lil Uzi Vert Arrested After Police Chase

Lil Uzi Vert is in trouble with the law.

On Thursday (Dec. 8), the XXL Freshman and a friend were riding dirt bikes through Atlanta without lights or helmets. They went the wrong way on a one-way street, crossed lanes without signaling, and even drove on a sidewalk, according to TMZ.

Law enforcement officials also say that Uzi tried to evade them on his bike. However, he lost his balance and fell before trying to escape on foot. Cops soon arrested him and took him into the station.

Uzi was booked on a series of traffic violations, including obstruction, reckless driving, driving without a license, and more. He was released Friday on $6,500 bond.

Last month, Uzi dropped his joint mixtape with Gucci Mane, 1017 vs. The World. He is currently prepping his next project, Luv Is Rage 2.
