It finally happened. After teasing for weeks, Bruno Mars jumped in the passenger’s seat for the latest edition of “Carpool Karaoke” on “The Late Late Show.”
While driving through Los Angeles in James Corden’s Range Rover, the Grammy-winning crooner rocked out to some new cuts off his latest album 24K Magic including “Perm” and the title track, as well as some classic hits like “Locked Out Of Heaven,” “Grenade,” “If I Knew,” and “Uptown Funk.”
In between their crooning, Corden shared his admiration for Bruno’s Versace silk shirts and hats before the two tried on some alternate headwear.
Bruno also reminisced on his first gig, impersonating Elvis at the age of four, and even busted out some “Jailhouse Rock” and his famous Elvis lip curl.
While singing the sultry “Versace on the Floor,” they exchanged some hilarious bedroom tips and Bruno revealed what’s on his rider (wine and Wet Wipes).
It all ended with them sporting “24K Magic” hats and silk shirts. “I’ve never felt more alive,” said Corden to which Bruno replied, “Let’s go! Let’s take this on the road, baby!”
Bruno (sans Corden) will be hitting the road next year on his “24K Magic World Tour,” which kicks off March 28 in Antwerp, Belgium.
