Young Thug Falls On His Head While Crowd Surfing

  /  12.19.2016

Young Thug capped off his “HiHORSE’D Tour” with a bang on Sunday (Dec. 18).

Performing “Best Friend” at Terminal 5 in New York, Thugger tried to crowd surf. However, while he was being moved around, fans gave out, causing the Atlanta rapper to fall upside down and hit his head on the floor.

“Pick me up,” he said, while being held only by his legs.

Security was forced to go into the crowd to help Jeffery find his way back to the stage. When he finally made it back, he grabbed a Styrofoam cup, and exited the platform.

It’s unclear whether Thugger suffered any injuries from the fall.

Prior to this, he brought out surprise guest Future, who performed “March Madness” and “F**k Up Some Commas.”

The “HiHORSE’D Tour” might be over, but it looks like Thugger and his tourmate 21 Savage will continue to work together. The rappers recently collaborated on a song called “Petty,” which Thugger teased over the weekend.
