Curren$y takes a stroll down memory lane in the music video for “Real Family.”
As usual, smoke is aplenty in the clip, as Spitta rolls up in the studio. Whether behind a microphone or leaning back, Andretti’s got weed all around.
In the midst of all of this greenery, Curren$y reflects on life and death as he looks at his past through a funeral program for a late friend, Derrald Eugene “Doe-Doe” Daniel, which contains old pictures of his “Real Family.”
“Real Family” is a standout from Spitta’s Andretti 11/30 mixtape, which dropped last month. In two days, the laid-back rhymer is slated to unleash his 12/30 effort, which will mark his 12th release of 2016.
