Nicki Minaj's Mansion Robbed and Vandalized

  /  02.02.2017

Nicki Minaj may be celebrating a reunion with Drake and Lil Wayne, but the Young Money rapper is also reeling from a robbery.

Vandals recently hit Minaj’s Beverly Hills mansion, which she’s leasing for an approximate $30,000 a month. After a reported forced entry, the thieves damaged her property and robbed “a ton of jewelry” and other items, according to TMZ. The total loss is being valued at $200,000.

Although Nicki was out of town at the time of the crime, sources believe the incident was personal. The 11,500-square-foot mansion was trashed, furniture was flipped, and picture frames were broken. On top of that, Nicki’s clothing was reportedly cut up.

The robbery was reported earlier this week, but so far, the investigation hasn’t yielded any suspects.

Back in August, Nicki moved into the Beverly Hills pad with her then-boyfriend Meek Mill. It’s a 9-bedroom, 8-bathroom property with a 5-car garage. The couple moved in together, but only Nicki’s name was on the papers, according to the original report.

Since then, however, Nicki’s relationship with Meek has soured. The two announced their separation last month. Since then, Mill dissed Minaj’s sneakers and Nicki reunited in the studio with her ex’s arch rival, Drake.

Both are currently prepping new releases. For Meek, that means the pending arrival of DC4.5. Meanwhile, Minaj is gearing up for her Pinkprint follow-up, expected at some point this year.
