Eminem’s Shady Records has just announced an exclusive deal with Buffalo, New York-based Griselda Records for Westside Gunn and Conway. The deal will include solo projects from the brothers as well as a joint effort as Hall N’ Nash, which Slim Shady is proud to endorse.

“The style and energy of Griselda Records, Gunn, and Conway are infectious,” said Eminem in a statement. “We can’t wait to put them on the platform they have earned and deserve.”

Gunn, who founded Griselda Records in 2014, celebrated this new era as well. “We’re bringing a new sound to the game, but it’s also reminiscent of the grimey ’90s,” he said. “Art is in everything we do…it’s the essence. We’re fusing boom-bap/dark sounds with the hipster cool kid lifestyle. A new lane is being carved.”

Before they release their joint LP through Shady, the duo will reportedly unleash a recently-completed project produced by longtime Eminem DJ and famed producer, The Alchemist.

To go along with the announcement, Hall N’ Nash teamed up with Just Blaze to release “MachineGun Black,” which features an introduction from Marshall Mathers. “You know, Detroit and Buffalo are kind of like long lost cousins,” says Em. “That’s why to me, it makes sense. Shady and Griselda. I felt like this before. Nostalgia, bitch.”
