Nicki Minaj Teases 'No Frauds' Video

  /  04.06.2017

Nicki Minaj is getting close to premiering the highly-anticipated video for “No Frauds.” To drum up excitement, the Young Money rapper has shared a couple teaser clips with her Barbz.

The footage features scenes that she shot in London last month with director Benny Boom. But rather than playing the way it normally would, the song comes to a halt and the teaser ends with the sound of a gun being cocked. “Who’s ready for the #NoFraudsVIDEO?” asked Nicki.

Drake, who appears on “No Frauds,” makes a couple of cameos in the teaser. His appearances are quick and only offer a glimpse of the 6 God. Lil Wayne, however, does not make a cameo.

To go along with that sneak peek, Nicki also shared a moment from the set. This second behind-the-scenes clip shows her getting prepped for a scene while singing an operatic version of “No Frauds.”

As if that wasn’t enough, Nicki also posted a behind-the-scenes look at “another secret shoot” on Wednesday (April 5). Rocking a bra and pants by Roberto Cavalli, the Young Money star sang along to a fan’s version of “No Frauds.”

Last month, Minaj filmed the “No Frauds” video in London. Fans stopped to take pictures of the star while she walked around the city, waving the British flag in the air.

“No Frauds” was released last month, along with “Regret in Your Tears” and “Changed It.” It helped her break Aretha Franklin’s record for most Hot 100 entries among women and it is currently sitting at No. 75 on the chart.

All of this is expected to lead up to Nicki’s next album, the superstar’s first official release since 2014’s The Pinkprint.
