Young Thug Cleared in Alleged Slapping Incident

Young Thug gets another win in court.
Last month, the rapper was accused of slapping a 27-year-old female rapper named Valerie “Akbar V” Raven. On Monday (April 10), TMZ reported that a judge threw out the case due to lack of evidence.
Raven alleged that Thugger slapped her in the face while she was arguing with his fiancée, Jerrika Karlae. Videos of the alleged incident didn’t show Thug making contact.
It’s been a good April for Thug. He also had a felony drug charge dropped earlier this month.
Beyond this, Thug collaborated with Ariana Grande and Pharrell Williams on Calvin Harris’ “Heatstroke” and he released his solo cut “Best Thing of All Time.”
