Video: David Guetta feat. Nicki Minaj & Lil Wayne - 'Light My Body Up'
Let there be light. Just days after dropping a video for “Regret in Your Tears,” Nicki Minaj joins David Guetta and Lil Wayne in the glitzy video for “Light My Body Up.”
In the Benny Boom-directed clip, Queen Nicki plays a temptress, decked out in a series of sexy and ornate outfits as she takes her throne on a gold sofa and rules her kingdom.
Meanwhile, David falls for a girl, who leads him through the palace and eventually to Nicki. She touches his forehead and lights him up. Weezy comes through—Styrofoam cup in hand—to deliver his verse atop a balcony.
This marks Nicki’s fourth collaboration with Guetta following “Turn Me On,” “Where Them Girls At,” and “Hey Mama.”
“It showcases my versatility,” Nicki told fans during a Twitter Q&A. “[It] let’s me make another historic moment w/my boss @LilTunechi AND that DAVID is a genius for the PRODUCTION.”
