Chris Brown Brings Out Kendrick Lamar on 'The Party Tour'
Breezy and K-Dot know how to “Party.” On Tuesday (May 16), Chris Brown surprised fans in Anaheim, Calif. with an unannounced appearance by Kendrick Lamar.
Popping up in the middle of the Honda Center for an impromptu performance on “The Party Tour,” King Kendrick launched into his chart-topping single “HUMBLE.” off his No. 1 album, DAMN.
With Chris dancing right beside him, the Top Dawg MC ran through his Mike WiLL Made-It-produced banger. At one point, he let the crowd sing for him: “My left stroke just went viral!”
Shortly after the performance, videos of the surprise also went viral. They show both artists running around the stage with excitement before the finale, when they asked the crowd to make some noise.
Brown’s “Party Tour” is on its final stretch. This week, the tour hits San Jose (May 18), San Diego (May 19), and Las Vegas (May 20), before coming to an end next week in Los Angeles (May 23).
Meanwhile, Kung Fu Kenny — who recently surprised fans at The Weeknd’s “Starboy: Legend of the Fall Tour” — is gearing up for the July 12 start of his own “DAMN. Tour” with D.R.A.M. and Travis Scott. That run extends through Aug. 6, before a second leg of the tour kicks off with YG on Aug. 11.
