New Music: 2 Chainz feat. Travis Scott - '4 AM'

Rise and grind. 2 Chainz and Travis Scott pop up at “4 AM” with an early morning surprise for fans.

The duo’s latest collaboration, set to appear on Pretty Girls Like Trap Music, finds the Drench God reflecting on his past and his evolution.

“4 a.m.,” he raps. “I’m just getting started / For my birthday, I threw me a surprise party / Reminiscing ’bout the trap, playing the first Carter / My life changed when I had my first daughter.”

In between free-flowing verses from Chainz, La Flame handles the Auto-Tuned chorus. “Popped up on me by surprise,” he sings. “I never took you for the poppin’ type / Damn, it’s 4 a.m., so please believe the hype / Hit the lights!”

This is just the latest Tity Boi and Travis collaboration, following past tracks like “3500,” “Champions,” “Upper Echelon,” and “Night Riders.”

Additionally, 2 Chainz has revealed the rest of his PGLTM tracklisting, which features previous singles “Good Drank” (featuring Quavo and Gucci Mane), “It’s a Vibe” (featuring Ty Dolla $ign, Trey Songz, and Jhené Aiko), and “Big Amount” (with Drake).

The 16-track album, which includes cover art designed by Trevor Andrew, is also set to feature Nicki Minaj on “Realize,” Swae Lee on “Poor Fool,” Migos on “Blue Cheese,” Pharrell on “Balian,” and Monica on “Burglar Bars.”

Pretty Girls Like Trap Music is due June 16.
