New Music: Zaytoven feat. Twista, Bankroll Fresh, & Yung LA - 'Pose To'

In partnership with Cartoon Network’s programming block and its “Adult Swim Singles” series, Atlanta super-producer Zaytoven unleashes his latest banger, “Pose To.”

The star-studded track features Twista, Yung LA, and the late Bankroll Fresh over Zay’s thumping production. “We ain’t really wanna have to hurt them guys,” raps Twista with his trademark rapid-fire delivery. “Until they came in with the hoodies on, and we had to leave them ni**as circumcised.”

“Pose To” is part of a 52-week-long “Singles” initiative, which allows fans to stream the tracks for free. Adult Swim’s creative director Jason DeMarco recently spoke to The Verge about the series, which has ditched the download option for the first time this year.

“We’re doing something no one else does,” DeMarco said. “I don’t know why they don’t do it. Maybe they don’t want to, or maybe no one is motivated enough to do it. But it’s been seven years, no one else is doing it, and I get the feeling that no one else is going to.”

As for Zaytoven, the producer is currently working on his debut album, Trap Holizay, which he spoke with Rap-Up about last month. “I’ve been thinking about doing an album for years,” he said. “It was all about timing for me. I never felt like I had to press the issue to do it before now, but now, I feel like I’m at one of the highest points I’ve ever been in in my career, so I feel like now is the perfect time to do it.”
