Meek Mill has “Whatever You Need.”
Fresh off his “Glow Up,” the Maybach Music Group MC enlists Chris Brown and Ty Dolla $ign for his new single, produced by DJ Mustard.
Over a sample of Tony! Toni! Toné!’s “Whatever You Want,” Meek rhymes about his girl and her ex. “Her last ni**a, he was bluffin’,” he raps. “She said ‘fuck him’ / He let that go, I’m like, ‘he’s buggin” / Now she thuggin’ with a real one.”
Breezy slides in with his trademark melodies, serenading his own lover. “Girl, as long as you wrap your arms ’round me / Ooh baby, I don’t care what them people say,” he sings. “I’m giving you whatever you want / Girl, you know I can provide whatever you need.”
Finally, Ty rounds out the track. “I’ll be there for you,” he sings. “I’ll treat you just like a queen and get you fine things / You’ll never worry about another in your place.”
“Whatever You Need” could land on Meek’s upcoming third album, Wins & Losses, along with “Glow Up.” Starting July 5, he will hit the road with Yo Gotti on their co-headlining “Against All Odds Tour.”
