Lil Yachty Unveils Yachty Simpson Chain

Meet Yachty Simpson.

Inspired by Gucci Mane’s famous Bart Simpson chain, Lil Yachty has unveiled his very own Springfield-influenced pendant.

The iced-out piece features Lil Boat’s trademark red braids and clear beads on Bart Simpson’s body. Clearly proud, the King of the Teens showed it off on the ‘Gram.

The back of the chain features a slew of birds as an homage to Gucci’s 1017 logo. It’s also decorated with “Lil Boat” and a little boat.

East Atlanta Santa, who commemorated his beloved chain on “Iced Out Bart” off 2007’s Ice Attack 2, noticed the bling and showed love with an IG comment. “Brrrrrrr,” he wrote. “well damn.”

In another caption, Lil Boat added another nod to Bart’s iconic chalkboard writing. “I will not be like these other rappers,” he wrote. “I will not be like these other rappers. I will not be like these other rappers. I will not be like these other rappers. Written on the chalkboard in detention.”

Boat is coming off the release of his debut album, Teenage Emotions, which underperformed his expectations, coming in at No. 5 on the Billboard 200 with 46,000 equivalent album units. “I am back in the studio. Working on my next ep,” he told fans. “I know what you guys (my fans) liked about the project and didn’t like.. I’m putting that into consideration.”
