SZA's 'Ctrl' Debuts at No. 3 on Billboard 200

SZA takes Ctrl of the No. 3 spot on the Billboard 200 this week.

Selling 60,000 equivalent album units, the TDE songstress earns her first top 10 placement with her debut album. Of that sum, 25,000 were traditional album sales, 33,000 were streaming equivalent units, and 2,000 were track equivalent units. Before Ctrl, her highest charting project was 2014’s Z.

Katy Perry’s Witness, which features Nicki Minaj and Migos, enters atop the chart with 180,000 units, while Kendrick Lamar’s DAMN. remains No. 2 with 69,000 units.

Elsewhere on the chart, Drake’s More Life moves up 6-5 (41,000), Ed Sheeran’s ÷ rises 7-6 (41,000), Halsey’s Hopeless Fountain Kingdom drops 1-7 (33,000), Bruno Mars’ 24K Magic jumps 10-8 (33,000), and Post Malone’s Stoney climbs 12-10 (29,000).
